Findings have been that his product has the same chemical composition as diesel. However, sea water is not just H2O. The surface of our seas are the world’s largest reservoir of carbon, in the form of free CO2 from the atmosphere, Carbonates (HCO3) from the constant dissolution of sea rocks, and Carbonic Acid (H2CO3). If his catalyst is able to split the hydrogen and oxygen and the carbon from its compounds, then spark a reaction that causes free carbon to combine to form C12 H23 (diesel) then that would explain how to do it. He hasn’t released details of how the catalyst works, but sea water DOES contain carbon, even more considering what we have been putting into the atmosphere lately. Solution to Global CO2 accumulation? Maybe.
