Such a Busy Life….

I’ve been so busy these days….
Besides my full time job, I have another running project in parallel. Every day, I have to stay until late at night; sometimes even until in the morning. No weekend,of course…. :( Every morning, I have to do stock trading started at 6:30 am. I live in the west coast of Canada; that’s why the trading hours for me starts at 6:30.
Why do I work like crazy? I am planning to buy an apartment this year. Unfortunately the price of apartment in Vancouver is so damn expensive. There are actually some banks that offer 0% down-payment mortgage. I just don’t want get into this trap by working for the bank for the rest of my life.
You know, the way they calculate mortgage interest is killing us. The first couple of years of our mortgage payment basically goes to the interest. Only a very small percentage go to the principal. They’re trying to make us trapped into debt forever.

Does it mean that you finally settle down in Vancouver, Canada? Or is it just some sort of investment in order for your money not to lose its value?
