Frustrating with Philips Streamium SL300i
Geek May 13th. 2007, 4:38pmI am very frustated using Philips Streamium SL300i, a streaming device that allows you to stream videos from your PC to your television. For some reasons, my television shows blank screen only.
Then, I opened the manual book. I was even getting more frustated. I couldn’t understand a single word in the English section of the manual. For those who are an English native speaker, could you please translate the following page for me? It is from Philips Streamium SL300i manual page.
Finally, I found the answer of my problem from the Internet. It seems many other users are having the same problem too. I don’t know how Philips design a product. Even an engineer, like me, have difficulty using their product.

I’m glad you were able to find a solution! Just so you know, the page you photographed that says, “English” at the top isn’t in English at all.

@Melissa: Exactly. One of the worst manuals I’ve ever seen. They should have checked it that it is not “English”.

just came across your blog and saw you are having problems. The “English ” text is Danish, but I guess you solved your problem by now.
