I don’t know what is going on here. I couldn’t login to my account on Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) web site any more. The error message suggested me to call their tax center. So, I called a toll-free number. It was nice that I was able to talk to a human being (normally, I just talk to a machine when calling a toll-free number).

Unfortunately the agent couldn’t help me. He transfered me to another phone line. The phone rang twice and after that it made very noisy sound. I had to hang up without any result.

A couple of minutes later, I called the same number again. This time, I have to wait for 15 minutes before talking to an agent. Apparently, the line was so busy. Unfortunately, after speaking to an agent, my problem was still not solved yet.
